At Orasens we want the delivery side of your order to be as clear as the products themselves. Every order ships free within the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Currency: GBP for UK orders, USD for US orders
  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM UK time (11:00 AM US Eastern Time). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day, which can add one day to the estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days.

These estimates apply to orders in both the United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with trusted carriers to deliver across the United Kingdom and the United States, including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD in the UK and major national carriers in the US.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: every order within the United Kingdom and the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.
  • Taxes and Import Charges: any applicable sales tax or import charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If anything goes wrong with your delivery, including a delay or a lost parcel, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you.
